Our athletics curriculum is prepared and overseen by an adult with extensive athletics experience, and the activities are led by experienced specialists. Each athletics activity begins with a prepared lesson introducing a formal skill, and the remainder of the period is used putting those skills into practice. Competition is tailored to encourage participation by all in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
